  • Diverse industry experience including telecommunications, health, retail, education, financial services, insurance, government and the utilities sector.

  • Senior consultant for a highly regarded CX consulting firm.

  • Worked extensively both nationally and internationally including roles in Africa (Ghana, South Africa), Europe (Italy, Portugal, Turkey) and Australasia (Philippines).
